I am sure Bob M will know the answer to this one but feel free to chime in. Why is it that when i download a premade route from Mapsource to my Garmin the GPS laboriously recalculates it every time you activate. Iam sure that the routes are sometimes changed when this occurs and I do not ewant this to happen. On my old Magellan Sportrak the route was exactly as loaded with no recalculation. Yes I have read the manual and the 'help' files with no luck. Help me out oh great GPS guru! Cheers
