whats the best tires for KTM 690 Enduro??I am currently running Pirelli MT21, I need an aggressive tire good enough to handle the dirt and sometimes on road too, the road I am NOT too concerned about but should handle dirt well.

I mounted MotoZ Tractionator Adventure tires on my Africa Twin (since they come in 21 and 18 in sizes) and I'm pretty happy with them. Big lug knobbies that are still DOT rated. Nice bite off-road in mud and sand, and fairly planted on asphalt..... though the front does feel a bit 'loose' at first. Very light feel on-centre through the bars but does not feel like it's going to wash out in the corners. I picked up mine at Lang's Off-road.

Motoz Tractionator H/T is more aggressive. Kenda trackmaster is a good rear but a poor choice for the front. The trackmaster doesn't come as wide as the stock 640 tire. The terraflex is probably the most aggressive knobby you can get and it is a run flat tire.
I run Dunlop d606's front and rear as they seem to be a good do all tire and they are priced well ....2-3 rears a year.

I ride a 650 xChallenge, so very similar to the 690 and found MotoZ Tractionator S/T to be the best all-round combo for 70-30 off-road riding.

If you want quicker turn-in, put the Dunlop 606 or MX Hard on the front only. Neither Dunlop, nor Michelin are as good on the rear as the Tractionator S/T, but Tractionator S/T front is a little square (and consequently likes to go straight).

I would not recommend the H/T as with the puddle of a summer we're having you will be struggling for grip on wet trails.

    thanks for ur inputs,
I have these options now, pirelli is what I have (stock one) its pretty good but wears out fast 4K as I ridden it on tarmac more.

    1) Continental TKC 80 Twin Duro Rear Tire - $143.52 - 140/80-18 - 40% road and 60% offroad
    2) Motoz Tractionator Desert H/T Rear Tire - $177.99 -
    3) Dunlop D606 Dual Sport Rear Tire - $124.08 but it has size 130/90-18
    4) Pirelli MT 21 Rear Tire - $133.03 140/80-18

I would go for Motoz Tractionator Desert H/T - any idea where can I procure in GTA??

I have same bike, I changed the mt21 for Pirelli Scorpio Pro. I very much prefer them in the dirt and will probably order another one soon for the back (I am at 4k on it this season, mostly dirt/ gravel road. These tire are very agressive in the dirt. On the road on the other hand its different: There are section of the 407 that I avoid, that is the part with streaks...
