    I've been wearing the Shoei Hornet for a few years and like it, it's a really nice helmet...But you should buy whatever fits most comfortably on your melon.

    I replaced my off road helmet earlier this year and bought the only one that felt comfortable form an assortment of 10 different helmets at Royal Dist. Fit is the most important parameter. I would never buy something this important online.

    No such thing as a quiet DS Lid, the aerodynamics of the peak and chin vents are just not great at minimizing wind turbulence/noise. I always use earplugs.
