Is there any info on when and where the AGM is going to be held this year?

I'm sorry for not getting back to you sooner. I hope to get back to you by Monday. I need to connect with a few people to tie this one down. March is usually the Month and about 2nd week. May have to be moved a week up or down depending on weather and stuff. Takes place at Mississauga.

Hasn't happened yet. While the web site is typically quiet, the club is in good shape and runs along OK. This has been a busy year for many things other than the ODSC. I've hardly had time to keep up with new registrations. Others execs have been busy with life. Anyone who is interested in being on the executive board should step forward. The current board doesn't have much free time.

The secretary is required to call a meeting. Are we representing our members or just pretending we are a club.

when was the last time we organised a ride?
where is the support members are hoping for?
Are you just a fund collecting agency for the OFTR?

Those are the kinds of questions I am facing, and we cannot pretend it's not happening. Who is dealing with all these issues?

Anybody that has no time can move on just like the peeps b4 you guys. What is the problem? Why is this club dying?

We need to have a meeting and demand the resignation of all board members. Those that have the time to give to the club can continue and other that cannot cotribute can resign. Period.

And thank you for your contribution. Dont spoil things just because it feels like it belongs. We all contribute and move on.

In any case.. I am requesting an urgent meeting of the execs to the secretary.
