Looking forward to this ride!!! It was 15 years ago that I attended my first Bethany (on the SAME bike I might add.... shout-out to my TE450 I threw together some b-roll footage clips over the past 15 years to get us in the mood for the 2024 ride

I think it's worth shifting the ride to Sunday ☀️ Saturday 15mm rain ️ 11c Sunday 5mm partially sunny 22c
The Bethany Dual Sport Ride has been moved to Sunday the 28th! The weather should be much better, and a lot of people have contacted me to move it to Sunday when we have warmer weather predicted and a lower chance of rain.
Thanks SOOO much to this year's Bethany organizers!! Another great start to the season! This year was the "tale of two Bethanies" for me... sweating and eating dust in the morning, then THIS after lunch! Thanks again @keener for the tow rope (AND the pull!!)
I'm glad we missed that section on the after lunch ride, it was wet enough as it was. Thanks to Kevin & Cam for putting the ride on!
Big thanks again to all involved in putting on todays event! Bethany never disappoints! Great weather this morning, this afternoon, was interesting. Thanks also to Todd and the guys I was riding with today, really glad we skipped lunch and did the later sections before the rains got worse! Hours of rain riding home cleaned the mud Xhumeka: At least your horn didn't get wet Hope the bike is ok! Kevin: My 525 with the not so knobby tires got through all if it also making some much deeper ruts in the deep water/mud Good seeing everyone again!
