Yea for sure, I am a 22 year old male uni. student (I know im young but I would say im fairly mature and introverted if anything). I have a 2011 wr250r, and am somewhat new to riding but have a little bit of dirt experience like maybe 8 hours on a ktm 200 exc and maybe 20 hours on a crf23o. Hi my name is Al. 37 years old been riding off and on for 29 yrs. just acquired a ktm 530 exc and looking to get out on it. Was wondering if there was anything on the go next weekend?

Al, i couldn't help but notice the beautiful Africa Twin, I have the same bike, and just returned from 2200 round trip on the MABDR. The bike performed flawlessly on the trails and the twists. Any issues with your bike?

The only issue I’ve had is a start/stall problem. Took the kill switch apart and cleaned/ greased it. But ultimately I think I was because I was running 87 octane fuel for the shop here. It really seems to like the high test fuel. Sense I did those two things I’ve had no problems. Fork seals got to leaking once after a sand ride but I cleaned them out with a seal saver and no problems sense.

Oh ya.... switching to led signal lights is a mess around if you want to keep the flasher rate. Mine just flashes fast for now lol

that's interesting, the signals weren't on my upgrade list. I have already added, bark busters, skid plate, engine guards, bar risers, and foot pegs

I keep breaking mine so I put there flexible ones on. They are awesome. They can be found at extreme dual sport .com

If you want your LED signals to flash at a normal rate you need to install resistors inline... they are cheap: https://www.amazon.ca/TUINCYN-Resis...51&s=gateway&sprefix=led resis,aps,206&sr=8-1

I guess this is more for future reference, but my brother in law has a cottage in PEC, so we are interested in riding the area. KLR and DR 650s.
