Anyone this side of the border do pipe repairs? I have 2 Gnarlys that are both dented and tweaked. Neither sit right in the head anymore. One touches the frame and the other is tweaked at both ends. The dents aren't too bad. There's a few in the States that will do it for $60 and have great reviews but shipping cross border makes it cost prohibitive.
Thanks for the suggestions. I checked with Orange while I was there to grab a bearing today. The guy there wasn't too sure if they would be able to fix a twisted pipe. Dents I can do. It's the twist. I guess I'll get a hold of Rob and see what he says.
If the dents aren't bad, try clamping the mounting tabs into a bench vice, and use a long leverage bar (I use my breaking bar) to tweak the pipe back to shape. Don't bend it cold, if the garage isn't heated, warm it up with a propane torch. I give mine a little tweak back to shape annually, it's usually folded on itself on the front.
